Frequently asked questions

What does the launch offer include?
For our launch, our monthly plans are offered to new partners at a preferential rate: the 1st month is free (trial period, no charge), then Standard at €6.90/mo (instead of €14.90) and Premium at €9.90/mo (instead of €19.90) for 3 months, then back to the regular price. The discount applies automatically at checkout, with no code to enter. It is reserved for new partners and does not stack with a trial already used.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Freemium plan is completely free, with no credit card and no commitment. Create your account, publish your listing and appear on the platform. You can upgrade to Standard or Premium whenever you like.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. When a guest books online, the stay amount is paid out to you without commission — only the payment provider's card fees apply, as with any card payment. Our revenue is the subscription: a fixed, public price, not a percentage of your nights. One transparent exception: the share of a stay paid with a Love in Room gift card carries a 10% commission — our remuneration for selling the card; the rest goes to you.
What do I get by switching to yearly billing?
Two months. The year is billed at ten times the monthly price: Standard at €149/year, Premium at €199/year. You can switch from your partner area whenever you want.
Why is my Freemium listing less visible?
Freemium is a discovery plan: listings from Standard and Premium partners appear first in the results. Your listing stays fully visible and browsable — no visual downgrade, just a different display order.
Is online booking included with Freemium?
No. Online booking is available on the Standard and Premium plans only. On Freemium, visitors contact you directly using the details on your listing.
How many listings are included with Standard and Premium?
Standard includes 2 listings, Premium has no limit. Beyond your included listings, each extra listing costs €1.99 per month.
Is the Studio site included?
The personal Studio site (Love in Room Studio) is included with the Premium plan only, with 1 listing displayable. It's your personalized showcase, powered by Love in Room.
How much does an extra Studio page cost?
Each extra Studio page (an additional listing shown on your showcase) costs €5 per month, on top of the Premium subscription.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. The change is prorated against your billing cycle.
What happens to my Studio site if I stop Premium?
Your Studio site goes offline and is no longer reachable by the public. Your listings stay published on Love in Room. Your work and your address (subdomain) stay attached to your account: take Premium back and the site returns online exactly as you left it.
Are my reviews and bookings synced with Love in Room?
Yes, by design. The Studio site isn't a second platform: it's another presentation of the same data. Bookings, reviews, calendar and emails are shared between Love in Room and your Studio site.
