Building a website for your Love Room is not just a matter of putting a few photos and a contact form online. To actually receive bookings, you also need hosting, maintenance, online payment, availability management and calendar synchronisation. We compared the main options available and what each one costs over a first year.
Studio is included in the Premium plan, at €19.90 per month or €199 per year. You get a site of your own, connected directly to your listings and to the Love in Room booking system.

A real site, tailored to your venue
Maison Velours is a fictional venue created for the demonstration. The site you are looking at, on the other hand, genuinely runs on Love in Room Studio.
It has its own address, its own room pages and its own booking module. It adapts automatically to computers, tablets and phones.
Cost comparison over a first year
There are essentially four ways to get a website that can present your venue and receive bookings. The first three ranges are typical market figures.
Typical figures recorded on 8 August 2026 on the public pricing pages of three categories of provider: hosting providers and booking plugins, web agencies, and software vendors for tourist accommodation. Only offers that at a minimum host a site and take bookings online were kept. Custom quotes and negotiated discounts are excluded. Amounts excluding tax, as displayed, with no brand named.
The eight items to account for
A booking website relies on several parts. Some are visible to your visitors, others work in the background. Here are the eight main items to account for.
This is the look of the site: page structure, colours, fonts, photos and how the content is organised.
You start from one of the nine templates on offer and adjust the result directly in the editor. No development knowledge is required.
Hosting keeps your site available at all times. The address is how your visitors reach it.
Hosting is included. Your site uses an address of the form your-name.loveinroom.fr. Studio does not currently support using your own domain name.
HTTPS secures the exchanges between your site and its visitors, and shows the padlock in the browser.
The certificate is installed and renewed automatically. There is nothing for you to configure.
A website needs regular technical and security updates.
Love in Room runs and maintains the platform directly. You have no plugin to update and no server to administer.
The booking engine handles available dates, blocked periods and the different rates, among other things.
Your site uses the Love in Room booking system directly. The availability and the rates shown on Studio come from your partner account.
You also have to handle payments, bank authentication and, where applicable, refunds.
Love in Room takes no commission on your nights. Only the payment provider fees apply. The one exception is the share of a stay paid with a Love in Room gift card, which carries a 10% commission.
When your property is listed on several platforms, availability has to stay synchronised to limit the risk of double bookings.
You can import up to three iCal calendars per listing, and you get an outgoing calendar to pass on to your other platforms.
A commercial site needs a legal notice, a privacy policy and suitable booking terms, among other things.

We chose to concentrate search visibility on the listings published on Love in Room. Those listings are connected to the pages devoted to cities, departments, regions, amenities and types of experience.
We would rather work on a single version of each property than offer search engines two very similar pages.
Studio answers a different need. It is the site you share directly with your customers: in your Instagram bio, in your posts, in your emails, on WhatsApp, on your business cards and in your advertising campaigns.
