4. Nature of the service
Love in Room is an online booking platform for romantic and unusual accommodation. It acts as a platform operator and intermediarybetween travellers and hosts.
Accommodation contracts are entered into directly between the traveller and the host. Love in Room is neither the provider of the accommodation, nor the operator of the establishments listed, nor a party to those contracts.

5. Payment services
Card payments are processed by Stripe Technology Europe Limited, an electronic money institution authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland under number C187865, registered office: 25/28 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1, Ireland.
Love in Room is not a payment institution and does not collect the price of stays on its own account.
6. Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its interfaces, databases, editorial texts, graphic elements, visual identity and brand are protected and remain the exclusive property of Love in Room or its rights holders.
Any reproduction, representation, extraction or re-use, in whole or in substantial part, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Photographs and descriptions published on listings come from different sources depending on the listing. The trademarks, logos and distinctive signs of hosts and third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Any request concerning published content — including a removal request — may be sent to [email protected] or through the reporting form available from each listing. Admissible requests are reviewed as promptly as possible.
7. Consumer mediation
Pursuant to Articles L.612-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer may, after a written complaint has remained unsuccessful, refer the matter free of charge to the mediator appointed by Love in Room:
