Frequently asked questions
You pick an amount, personalise the card with a design and a short note, then pay by card. The card and its code appear straight away: you get them as a PDF and by email, and you give the card however you like.
Whoever receives the card picks a love room that accepts online booking on Love in Room, chooses their dates and enters the code at checkout. Their booking is confirmed by email right after.
€100, €150, €200 or €250, or a custom amount between €50 and €500.
One year from the purchase date. The booking has to be made before then; an expired card can't be extended.
The difference is paid by card when booking.
The card covers a single booking and the remaining balance isn't kept. Best to aim for the right amount, or use it to add options to the stay.
Right after payment it appears on the confirmation page, where you can download it straight away. You also get it by email.
As long as the card hasn't been used, you have 14 days after purchase to change your mind and get a refund. Once it's been used, or after that, it's no longer refundable.
